An analysis by the Climate and Community Institute, shared with The
Guardian, found that the first 14 days of the US-Israel war on Iran
generated approximately 5 million tonnes of equivalent emissions. This
volume exceeds the annual carbon emissions of 84 of the world’s
lowest-emitting countries combined.
