Founder, Everton Campbell opened the Hip Store in
1987, renowned as the first Black-owned multi brand contemporary menswear
retailer in the UK. Hip, was a select store credited as one of the first in the
UK to merge premium Japanese and American heritage, sports and streetwear
brands, championing innovative collaborations and exclusive limited editions
products, mixing subculture, music and fashion.
With over 36 years retail experience and industry
knowledge, 2nd Academic Showroom specialises in brand development and tailored
